NFA Purchases & Transfers

NFA transfer are a fairly simple process. Purchse your item from either silencershop.com (preferred) or any other NFA retailer.
Option 1: Buy direct, this is your best option and will save time in the transfer process. Making you purchse from silencershop/mooneys. There is no Transfer Fee associated when purchasing direct from SS.
Option 2: Out of state or non silencershop purchases. This is considered a Transfer and takes additional time and paperwork. This charge is $75.00.

Mooney's Firearms LLC was created in 2004 and quickly developed into an ecommerce store. This business ran strong for ~10 years. Gun shows, packing and shipping orders for a side business was becoming a distraction with my full time job as a Natioinal Service Sales Manager for a very large company, something had to give and my passion was traveling, visiting customers and solving problems so, the gun business got put on the shelf and is now a basic Firearms and NFA Transfer business. This keeps me in the game and meeting new people who share a common interest and follow legal protocol in firearms ownership.
