Detailed Description

Scorpion Tactical Upper Receiver Laser Marked with your favorite CAL. The Upper Receiver does NOT included Dust Cover or Foreward Assist. This Scorpion Tactical Upper Receiver is machined and finished to Mil-Spec standards and will fit on any AR15 Style Lower Receiver. Available Marking include AAC 300 BLACKOUT, 5.56MM.

Material: 7075-T6 Forged Aluminum

Finish:

a. Bead blasted to non reflective matte finish prior to anodize.

b. Mil-A-8625 Type III, Class 2 (Hard Coat Anodize).

c. Nickel Acetate final seal coating (protects against corrosion).

Awesome 5.56 Upper

I bought this upper because it was the only one in stock anywhere online for a good price. The engraving on it is clean and flashy. There were no issues with sliding the barrel in or screwing the barrel nut on. All of the cavities are within spec and there was no exposed metal from cheap paint. I have never heard of Scorpion Tactical until I came across this site and I'm quite impressed. For such a small company, they put out nice work. I attached a MI T-15 and the top rail is as flush as can be. I have been been around ARs for quite a while and this upper has earned its place among the big companies like Smith & Wesson, BCM, and LaRue.
