Mooney's Firearms LLC Shipping Policies
General Shipping Policy - Most orders ship the same or next day they are ordered. When ordering from www.mooneysfirearms.com allow 3 business days for delivery via USPS and 5 - 7 days for UPS or FedEx. You will be notified by email when your order ships, with the tracking or conformation number. If you need to know exactly when your order will ship, email sales@mooneysfirearms.com, or call 512-971-3569 Please wait one business day before inquiring. If order arrival time is extremely important please call 512-971-3569 and place your order over the phone. Our method of choosing a shipping provider is selected based on size, contents & value of the product being shipped at Mooney's Firearms LLC's discretion. Depending on the value of the product being shipping, a signature may be required to receive the product. A tracking number will be provided by email on USPS priority and FedEx shipments. If you have a preference on shipping carriers please include this in the comments box during checkout. Do to regulations from our Manufacturers we do not ship to APO addresses.
NEW: Shipping - Mooney's Firearms LLC will only Ship to the same address as your Bill to Address. When placing orders via our On-Line Store your Ship to address MUST match your Bill to Address on your Credit Card or your Credit Card will be declined.
International Shipping Policy - We do not ship outside Continental USA.
Firearms Purchase Policy (LONG GUN & PISTOLS) - We will only ship to Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers with valid licenses. Your receiving FFL must mail or Fax a LEGIBLE signed copy of their valid FFL prior to shipping any firearm. We do accept FFL's via FAX: 866-439-8630. Upon receiving the FFL we will ship your firearm to the address on the FFL.
Firearms Purchase Policy (LOWER RECEIVERS) - NEW YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PURCHASE STRIPPED, SEMI-COMPLETE OR COMPLETE LOWER RECEIVERS. If you inadvetently purchase a lower receiver and have it shipped to another FFL only to find you cannot take possession because you are not 21 you will not receive a refund. You must know the law. We will only ship to Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers with valid licenses. Your receiving FFL must mail or Fax a LEGIBLE signed copy of their valid FFL prior to shipping any firearm. We do accept FFL's via FAX: 866-439-8630. Upon receiving the FFL we will ship your firearm to the address on the FFL. We do not ship firearms to California. If you make a purchase where the ship to address is in California your order will be canceled and your Credit Card will credited minus 10%. These fees are generated once the credit cards purchase batches.
Firearms Transfer Policy - Transfers are $20.00. If your Firearm is being transferred from a Dealer we require a copy of the Dealer's FFL. Fax Copies are OK as long as they are readable. If your Firearm is coming from a Private Citizen we require a copy of their Driver's Licenses. If your transfer has reached Denied status the Firearm will be shipped back to the Dealer at your cost. In the case it comes from a Private Citizen the Firearm will need to be shipped to the FFL Dealer of their choice. Transferee is responsible for all fees.
High Capacity Magazines Shipping Policy - It is your (The Customers) responsibility to know your State Laws. Orders placed that cannot be shipped to your State are subjected to a 10% Credit Card Processing Fee. The most common order cancellations are due to States Magazine Capacity Restrictions.
Please know you State Laws before ordering.
High Capacity Magazine Policy - The following US States have restrictions on high capacity magazines: California, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey and Washington D.C. Mooneys Firearms LLC will not ship High Capacity Magazines to these States.
HI CAPACITY MAGAZINE RESTRICTED CITIES -
Some States, Counties and Municipalities have restrictions on magazines capable of holding more than ten rounds. We will not ship high capacity magazines to residents of those locations. Current limitations we are aware of are posted as follows:
- California- 10 rounds maximum capacity
- Hawaii- 10 rounds maximum capacity for pistol magazines only (We DO NOT SHIP ANY MAGAZINES TO HI)
- Maryland- 20 rounds maximum capacity
- Massachusetts- 10 rounds maximum capacity (unless customer supplies a copy of a license to possess high capacity magazines)
- New Jersey- 15 rounds maximum capacityNew York- 10 rounds maximum capacity
- City of Washington,D.C.- 10 rounds maximum capacity
- City of South Bend, Indiana - 10 rounds maximum capacity
- City of Chicago, Illinois- 12 rounds maximum capacity
- City of Aurora, Illinois- 15 rounds maximum capacity
- City of Wichita, Kansas-20 rounds maximum capacity
- City and County of Denver, Colorado- 21 rounds maximum capacity
